Principal

It is with great pride and gratitude that I begin my 7th year as Principal of Lake View Elementary School. As both an educator and a proud alumnus of the Ocean View School District, I am deeply committed to serving the students, families, and community that helped shape my own educational journey.

At Lake View, we are dedicated to providing an innovative and engaging learning experience through our STEAM-focused instructional program. By integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics into meaningful Project-Based Learning experiences, our students actively explore real-world challenges while developing a love of learning. This collaborative approach keeps students highly engaged and empowers them to take ownership of their learning.

Our STEAM and Project-Based Learning model encourages students to think critically, solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with others. These higher-level thinking skills prepare students not only for academic success but also for the opportunities and challenges they will encounter in the future. We strive to create learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, innovation, and perseverance.

I am honored to lead a school community that values academic excellence, strong relationships, and the whole-child approach to education. Together with our dedicated staff and supportive families, we are committed to ensuring that every student feels welcomed, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.
